At Shellal we only run a stud sheep enterprise on the property, no commercials, so our clients are getting the best flock rams, which are offered at our annual on-property sale each year in October.

We choose Lambplan as our preferred performance assessment to accommodate for the prime lamb producers needs to produce top lambs, whether it be in the market or over the hooks. These figures are available on sale day or prior by arrangement.

Another important issue is health status. We don't have any commercial sheep sharing the same ammenities (including shearing shed and yards) on the property with the studs and haven't had for 30 years, therefore we are able to keep our enterprise footrot free as well as being Brucellosis accredited and hold a current MN3V vaccinated accreditation certificate.
