Shellal Southdown Stud, registered stud number 2427 was established in 2014, with top genetics purchased from one of Australia's most influential and successful Studs, "Chandpara" Stud at Tylden.
Southdown Health - We have currently undergone a whole breeding ewe and stud sire Gaucher testing program, where all these Southdowns were tested. We also did some cold tolerance testing and all came back AA which is is very high and well above average.

Shellal debuted in the show ring in 2016 - Showing at the Sheep and Wool Show and Ballarat Sheep Show with Outstanding Results.

Champion Ram Adelaide Royal (Retained 180013) - went on to be 4th in the interbreed class and was spoken off as "one of the best if not the best represention of the Southdown breed ever to be seen in the Interbreed" at Adelaide.
